Eyeko

Eyeko Product Review

Ok, so im so sorry it's been ages, mad house here atm >.<

So here is a product review for some Eyeko Products. I stumbled across this UK based company and thought i'd try some out, the products looked good quality, the packaging is uber cute, and UK based so a bonus for me (living in UK), but I think eyeko is popluar in the US aswell, i've seen alot of reveiws on youtube from over there ^^
So I got the:
Eyeko Cream with Extra Glow
Eyeko Fat Balm Strawberry with SPF15
Eyeko Fat Balm Minty with SPF15
Eyeko BIG EYES Mascara
Eyeko Graffiti Eyeliner Pen (Black)
Eyeko Rain Polish

^^ What I Got ^^

Cute Packaging, with eyeko logo on front

Minty - although you can't really see it alot, you can just see the pink shimmer, really cute and it is minty

Stawberry - My fav so far (cos i've ordered more XD). It is a lovely rosey color on your lips, rubbed in a little you look like your not wearing anything, you just have beautiful lips, and has the lush sent of stawberrys

The Eyeko Fat Balm, In Minty Pink Strawberry

Product Description

''Slicks of juicy colour, infused with light reflecting particles, moisturising Jojoba oil and added SPF15 make for fuller, softer, sexier lips. Add a hint of colour and shine as you protect and hydrate your kisser! Dab on to cheeks to for a touch of blush. Mineral oil and lanolin FREE''

So as you guys get to know me more you will find out I am not a lover of lipstick and I almost hate lip gloss. For some reason, maybe I have just had bad ones in the past I hate putting greasy, slimmy things on my lips, Plus I have this thing where I hate my lips and im positive that putting too much color on them makes them look small =/ BUT I really like this product!
It's a 2in1 product, although its mainly for lips it can also be used as a blush, I havent tried it on my cheeks yet, but as a lip balm it is 100% successful!! Its a great way to have the color without the grease. It feels nourishing and light and my lips, which I just love. If im going for a cute look, I like to use my liole lipstick in baby pink, just a little to cover my lips, then use the minty on top, Or if im just going for a natural look I will use the strawberry, rub it in a little and it's like you lips look naturally rosey, perfect!

^^ Eyeko BIG EYES Mascara & Eyeko Graffiti Eyeliner Pen (Black) ^^

Eyeko BIG EYES Mascara

Product Description
''The cult classic blacker than BLACK mascara that lengthens, thickens and curls in one! Transform and intensify lashes with a single stroke of the unique brush.Evenly dispersed bristles coat and separate lashes with highly pigmented colour. The lash friendly formula combines natural oils and silicones with added Panthenol (Vitamin B) to prevent dryness, premature breakage and promote lash growth.''

Umm, well I got this On my second order form Eyeko, cos I was so impressed with the first order I wanted to eventually go through all thier products BUT I am a funny one when it comes to mascara, when I find a mascara I like, then thats it! I will use it until it cam be used no more then I will go out and buy the same one again, and if i can't find it I will go though loads of different ones, using them once then throughing them into my stash of things I will never use until I find another one that I do like!
That's not to say I do not like this mascara, but I do find it alot. I have to clean the brush everytime I have used it so far or i have too much on my lids as I like the one by one long lash look not the spider on my eyes look.
But, I have found how I do like to use it, as it does have a thickening quality. After applying my normal mascara, i gently rub this into the base of my lasges, with a tiny side to side motion, I do see a big difference in the thickness of the base. I do also feel it is good for my lashes, adding a softness to them.
All in All, I do like to use this product, even if it is with another

Eyeko Graffiti Eyeliner Pen (Black)

Product Description
''Emphasize your eyes in one quick stroke! Create this seasons dramatic eye looks with Eyeko Graffiti Eyeliner Pen.
The precision brush nib is super easy to control to draw on thick or thin lines.
Eyeko says: For fool proof eyeliner dot across the upper lid as close to the lashes as possible then simply join the dots! Wing it, flick it, have fun with it! Team with lashings of Eyeko Magic Mascara for a flirtatious flutter!
Eyeko Graffiti Eyeliner Pen is smudge-proof, fade-proof and long lasting!
Available in jet BLACK, eye brightening NAVY BLUE, fierce PURPLE.''

Now one thing I know and love is eyeliner! Eyeliner is a daily product for me and I know whats good and what isn't, and this is GOOD. I just love it, one of the best I have ever used. I am 100% all about nib brush on my eyeliners, i find the normal brushes are too un-controlable, and I just can't do the gel eyeliner XD.
This is just amaze, a great cover, last's ages, and doesn't smudge much, more like if you wipe it it comes off which i much prefer to a big ol' smudge on my face!! Goes over eye shadow so well, which I have had eyeliners that don't in the past, and is just easy to use and control just how thick a line you want
LOVE IT, deffo my fav eyeko buy so far

Right, so this was the product that made me order from eyeko in the first place.
I have been into japanese/korean - idol/fashion/make-up/looks/ect for ages, but recently really got into the hime gyaru look. So doing what I normally do, and what I think most of us do these days I went online watching youtube how to's, learning what to do and what products to use. For the hime gyaru look a certain glow is needed, and I came across this product.
The product is for adding light to your face, and I really feel it delivers. I had a time getting my head around it, seeing which was the best way to use it and there was a few times I didn't think it was any good at all. But once I got the hang of how best to use it, I really think it is great.

Added to the high points of the face (cheek bones above where you would blush, nose, brow and chin) after moisturising and primmer and then adding your foundation (or in some cases like mine, BB cream) I really can see a luminous look to my face, perfect for hime, gyaru, hime gyaru and many more looks!!

The best way I have found to apply this product is to rub your fingers on the top of the product rather than getting a lump and rub into the high point (as above). I prefer to do this in small quantities, as it is surprisingly thick which I think is why I was going wrong for a while as it cannot be applied like moisturising cream.

At the end of the day, another win for eyeko, really like this product and a great highlighter, adding a beautiful glow to my face
